Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
- Promote and market building materials such as aggregates, blocks, M-Sand, P-Sand, or related construction products
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, logistics, procurement, accounts) to ensure timely delivery
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
