Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients independently

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and other channels

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams

- Drive end-to-end recruitment closures

- Consistently achieve assigned monthly targets

Target & Performance Expectations:

- This is a 100% target-driven role

- Minimum target: 10–15 successful recruitments per month

- Candidates exceeding 15 closures will be eligible for additional high-performance incentives

Key Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition (preferably in recruitment or consultancy)

- Proven ability to generate clients independently

- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

- Good negotiation and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel

- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset

- Willingness to handle field work along with work-from-home setup

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Freshers are not eligible

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

- Incentives based on number of successful closures

- Additional incentives for exceeding monthly targets

- Performance-based bonuses for consistent achievers

Working Details:

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Work Type: Work from Home + Field Work
