Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and onboard international clients in the digitization, archival, and content management sectors.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships across the USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America.

·        Leverage professional networks and LinkedIn connections (CTS) to generate qualified leads and partnerships.

·        Develop business proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and lead international negotiations.

·        Work closely with internal production and AI teams to tailor solutions for global customers.

·        Track emerging trends in AI, Agentic AI, and automation to position Swift ProSys as a technology-driven service provider.

·        Represent Swift ProSys in online and in-person international business forums and client discussions.

·        Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure and handover.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager handling international markets.

·        Proven track record in digitization, document management, or related BPO/KPO industries.

·        Strong LinkedIn presence with meaningful international connections (CTS) in the digitization industry.

·        Exposure to USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America markets.

·        Knowledge of Agentic AI and its application in content automation or business processes.

·        Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple international time zones and work independently.

·        Proficiency in English; Spanish or other European language skills are an advantage.
