Job Description

As a CCTV Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems for our clients. You will also be required to visit client sites regularly to oversee the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) process and ensure that preventive maintenance checks (PMC) are conducted once every three days.

Key Responsibilities

·      Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.

·      Troubleshoot issues with cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and networking to ensure proper functionality.

·      Perform regular maintenance, updates, and necessary repairs on CCTV systems.

·      Conduct site visits to inspect and oversee the AMC process.

·      Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks (PMC) once every three days.

·      Run cables, mount cameras, and install supporting hardware.

·      Educate clients on how to use and maintain their CCTV systems effectively.

·      Document installation processes and any repairs performed.

·      Respond to service calls and provide timely and efficient customer support.

  Requirements

·      Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.

·      Strong understanding of CCTV systems, wiring, and electrical connections.

·      Familiarity with IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and security technologies.

·      Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and manuals.

·      Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

·      Basic knowledge of networking concepts.

·      Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

·      Excellent communication skills.

·      Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Certification in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.

·      Experience in commercial and/or residential security installations.
