• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
• Develop new recipes and improve existing dishes
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Monitor food inventory and control kitchen costs
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Train junior kitchen staff when required
• Follow Thailand food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work closely with restaurant management on menu planning
• RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of chef experience
• Experience in international cuisine / Asian cuisine / Western cuisine (adjust as needed)
• Culinary diploma or professional cooking certification preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Willingness to relocate to Thailand
• Preferred QualificationsPrevious overseas working experience
• Knowledge of Thai food culture
• Experience in hotels, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants
• Basic Thai language skills are an advantage
