Job Description
We are scaling a multi-dimensional ecosystem spanning spiritual programs, retreats, digital platforms, and global community initiatives.
The CEO will be responsible for building, scaling, and systemizing the organization, enabling the founder to operate at a strategic and advisory level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership
- Own overall business performance and P&L
- Drive revenue growth across all verticals
- Define and execute business strategy
2. Organizational Scaling
- Build leadership teams and organizational structure
- Establish clear reporting hierarchies
- Develop scalable operating models
3. Growth & Expansion
- Identify and execute growth opportunities
- Expand into new markets (India and global)
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient execution across departments
- Implement performance tracking systems
- Drive accountability across leadership teams
5. Founder Alignment
- Work closely with the founder on vision and strategy
- Ensure minimal founder involvement in operations
- Translate vision into measurable business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in scaling a company or business unit
- Strong background in operations, strategy, and growth
- Demonstrated leadership in high-performance environments
- Ability to operate independently and make high-stakes decisions
