Job description:

We are a residential architecture and construction company headquartered in Chennai.

The company focuses primarily on turnkey home construction, offering services from architectural design through construction and interior finishing.

Site Engineer (Civil) - Location: Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600044

Required Qualifications - Freshers / Experianced

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor labour productivity and ensure quality workmanship.
• Prepare and manage material requirements and site inventory.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify work progress and approve labour measurements and payments.
• Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to project coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Return unused materials to stores after project completion and submit reconciliation reports.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred).
• Experience ranging from freshers depending on project requirements.
• Knowledge of residential building construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and estimation.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
• Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
