Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume reminder and follow-up calls to delinquent customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Negotiation & Collection: Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements (Bucket X, 1, & 2) to secure payments.
- Customer Interaction: Address queries regarding account discrepancies, EMI bounces, and penalty charges while maintaining professional etiquette.
- Documentation: Accurately update customer records, payment status, and PTP (Promise to Pay) in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly collection targets and adhere to KPIs like Average Call Handling Time (ACHT), attempt counts, and login hours.
