Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Debt Recovery / Collection Manager to lead collection operations, improve recovery performance, manage collection teams, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining compliance and customer professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily collection and recovery activities.
  • Lead and motivate Team Leaders and Collection Executives.
  • Develop collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
  • Track delinquent accounts and prioritize recovery actions.
  • Review collection performance and prepare MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Handle escalated customer cases and settlement negotiations.
  • Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments regarding recovery status.
  • Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
