Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Collection Team Leader to manage and support the collections team in achieving recovery targets while maintaining quality customer interactions and compliance standards. The role involves team management, performance monitoring, process improvement, and ensuring timely collection activities.
● Lead, manage, and motivate the collections team to achieve monthly collection targets.
● Monitor daily collection activities and team productivity.
● Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
● Handle escalated customer issues and support resolution.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
● Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
● Identify process improvement opportunities to increase collection efficiency.
● Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
● Maintain accurate records and collection documentation.
