Job Summary:

Karat & Carat Diamonds is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Counter Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for customer service and jewelry sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond and jewelry products.
• Explain product features, quality, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain the showroom's visual merchandising and product displays.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
• Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female
• Age: 18–45 years
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
• Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a well-groomed appearance.
