Job OverviewWe are looking for a customer-focused WhatsApp Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent customer support through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital communication channels.
Key Responsibilities· Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp Business.
· Convert enquiries into successful sales.
· Follow up with potential customers until order confirmation.
· Share product details, pricing, catalogues, and promotional offers.
· Guide customers in selecting the right cookware products.
· Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order processing.
· Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
· Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements· 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or WhatsApp Sales.
· Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
· Hindi is an added advantage.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp Business.
· Strong communication, convincing, and customer relationship skills.
· Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
