Job Description
The store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth business activities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading and motivating the store team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory and stock levels, and ensuring proper product display and merchandising. The store manager is also responsible for handling billing, cash management, customer queries, and complaints in a professional manner. Additionally, the role requires maintaining store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies while preparing and submitting regular sales and operational reports to management. Strong leadership, communication, sales, customer handling, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
