Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM):

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Key duties include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing client accounts, and providing product or service information. The role involves regular follow-ups, identifying customer needs, and suggesting suitable solutions to enhance experience. The CRM also coordinates with internal teams, maintains customer records, and works towards achieving retention and sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
