Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

* Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

* Provide information about products, services, and company policies.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
