· Any diploma graduate

· Good communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam

· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

Job Description:

· Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

· Address queries, complaints, and service requests

· Document customer interactions and details accurately

· Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

· Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

· Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling

Compensation:

Tamil - 15K TH

Malayalam - 20K TH
