Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an English with Malayalam Voice Process in the telecom industry.

This is a retention-focused role, where the primary responsibility is to interact with existing customers, address their concerns, and retain them by offering suitable solutions and service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
• Retain customers by addressing cancellation requests and offering appropriate retention solutions.
• Explain telecom plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve retention targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory); Manageble English communication is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer retention/retention process is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally.

Location: Ambit IT Park IT Ambattur, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduates can apply
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is required.
• Looking for Immediate joiners (within week)

Language Requirement:

• Malayalam with English

Salary:

• 16,500 - 18,000 Take Home

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working, 1 fixed Sunday week-off.
• Fixed general shift timing
• 8hrs work & 1hr break (9hrs Shift)
