Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our Chat Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat, ensuring prompt resolution, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Strong written communication skills in English are essential for this role.


Required Skills:

Excellent written communication skills in English

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools
