About the RoleWe are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, SEO, and campaign analytics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
• Generate quality leads through digital channels and track conversion performance.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative development and campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of content marketing and email marketing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.) will be preferred.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in FMCG, Retail, Beverage, Alcobev, or Consumer Goods industries.
• Proven track record of generating leads and improving campaign performance.
