Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, lighting, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely repairs.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Install and connect switches, sockets, circuit breakers, distribution boards, and control panels.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
• Test electrical systems using tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians to complete assigned work.
• Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and restore operations promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and follow proper safety procedures, including the use of PPE.

Required Skills:
