Job Description

Sales Manager

Experience: 5-10 Years

Number of Openings: 2

Age criteria: less than 40

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, managing key customer accounts, and strengthening relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and business development teams.
  • Review sales pipelines, customer visits, and project opportunities.
  • Manage key customer accounts and strategic business relationships.
  • Participate in major negotiations and support the team during deal closures.
  • Coordinate with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in the Elevator, Escalator, or Vertical Transportation industry, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Any degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator products, modernization, maintenance contracts (AMC), and project sales.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience in handling key accounts, consultants, builders, developers, and government projects.
