Email Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Email Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through email and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
