Location: Chennai – Kuthambakkam Poonamalle

You’ll play a key role in building impactful trainers, aligning programs with business goals, traveling across nearby stores, and driving excellence through learning initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
️ Certify & develop trainers across multiple locations
️ Keep training content sharp, updated & relevant
️ Plan calendars aligned with ops for new hires & refreshers ️
️ Mentor regional trainers with passion & purpose
️ Evaluate effectiveness with smart training metrics
️ Manage training tools & tech assets like a pro
️ Travel across local stores to deliver best-in-class training
️ Lead with innovation, energy & ideas!
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
1–4 yrs of experience in Training Management
Expertise in behavioural training & full training lifecycle
Strong communication, mentoring & Excel skills
L&D mindset with the drive to coach & inspire
Multilingual fluency: Tamil, Hindi & English
Degree in any field (Regular)
