Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct regular field visits with team members
Ø Ensure timely collection of overdue payments
Ø Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
Ø Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines
Ø Maintain proper documentation of collections and field visits
Ø Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal)
Ø Provide feedback on customer issues and market conditions
