Contact customers through calls, visits, and follow-ups to collect pending dues

Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearly

Conduct field visits for collections (if assigned)

Maintain daily collection reports and update system records

Coordinate with team leaders and managers on difficult cases

Ensure collections are done as per company policies and legal guidelines
