Field Sales Executive – Truck Owner & Driver Onboarding

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to onboard truck owners and drivers onto our platform. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, app registration, relationship management, and achieving onboarding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard truck owners and truck drivers onto the platform.

Educate customers about the company's services, benefits, and mobile application.

Assist truck owners and drivers with app registration and profile creation.

Verify and collect required documents for onboarding.

Travel to assigned locations to meet potential customers and generate leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with truck owners and drivers.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure active platform usage.

Coordinate with senior management to achieve onboarding and business targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and registrations.

Resolve basic customer queries and provide support during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / Diploma.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Basic smartphone and mobile app knowledge.

Ability to meet onboarding and business targets.

Experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or logistics is preferred.
