Field Sales Executive

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The role involves understanding client requirements, arranging property viewings, negotiating sales, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable options.
• Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated customer database.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate transactions.
• Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
• Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
