Field Technician

We are seeking a motivated Field Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about fridge door gaskets and contribute to our repair and maintenance services. The Technician will support in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing fridge door gaskets, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support Repairs: Assist in the inspection, removal, and installation of fridge door gaskets under the supervision of a Lead Technician.
• Learn Techniques: Participate in training sessions to develop skills in gasket repair and installation.
• Tool Management: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; ensure all tools are accounted for after each job.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Inventory Management: Help track and manage inventory of gasket materials and supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
• Documentation: Assist in documenting repair processes and maintaining records of work performed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Mechanical
• 2 to more years of relevant experience in a technical or maintenance role is preferred.
• Minimal experience in maintenance or repair work; willingness to learn about fridge door gaskets and related tasks.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hand tools and equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Open to follow instructions and work as a team and also independently when needed.
• Hindi Must: Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and at least one regional language, with the ability to speak and understand both for effective communication during site work and interactions with customers.

Physical Requirements: 

• Willingness to work in various environments, including residential and commercial settings.
• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
