As a Financial Advisor (Life) cum Internal Agency Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through both direct client advisory and team leadership. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert financial advice and life insurance solutions to clients while simultaneously recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sub-advisors. You will be expected to achieve personal targets and oversee the productivity of your agency team, ensuring high service standards and ethical practices. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a background in finance or sales who excels at relationship management and possesses the leadership skills to build a high-performing sales unit from the ground up.
