Job Description
1. Explaining Policy Details
Insurance can be full of confusing words (like "premium," "nominee," or "maturity").
You will Explain what is covered and what is not covered in simple English.
Help customers understand how much they need to pay and when.
Explain "Maturity Benefits" (how much money they get back at the end).
2. Managing Policy Changes
Life changes, and so do insurance needs. You will help customers:
Change Nominees: Update who gets the money in the future (e.g., changing from a parent to a spouse).
Update Contact Info: Change addresses or phone numbers.
Switch Plans: Help them move to a plan that fits their current budget.
3. Assisting with Payments (Premiums)
Remind customers to pay their "premium" so their insurance doesn't stop (lapse).
Help them fix payment failures or set up automatic payments.
Explain what happens if they miss a payment (the "grace period").
