Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and hotel premises. The ideal candidate will ensure guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms and belongings.
• Support deep cleaning activities and special cleaning projects.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum : High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services is an advantage.
