Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ESI, PF, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Maintain attendance and leave management systems
- Support employee engagement and compliance processes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ESI & PF is mandatory
- Good communication and people management skills
- Working knowledge of HR operations
- 1 year HR experience preferred
