Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for our labels manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring for office staff, sales team, operators, drivers, and factory workers.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and local hiring channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining
• Support HR operations and employee documentation
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Experience in manufacturing or recruitment is an added advantage
