Qualification

·        Minimum 4 Yrs Experience in HR Operations in Retail Store/Warehouse

·        MBA HR or Any Regulary Degree (If Experience)

·        Candidate with Bike willing to travel multiple stores.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        To ensure smooth execution of HR processes & policies within the defined process & TAT resulting in delighted engaged productive employees in the role holders area of concern.

·        Meet manpower requirement

·        Provide all HR administrative support to new joinees as well as existing employees at the regions.

·        Execute all OD initiatives & other initiatives of corporate HR to achieve a highly engaged workforce in the region.

·        Help the region in creating an environment of trust and to satisfactorily & speedily resolve any ER/IR issues in the region.

·        Report to the Manager HR of the LOB.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        HR Operations

·        On-boarding activities for all new joiners

·        Handle induction process for all new joiners blue collared and white collared

·        Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interview

·        Personnel file management

·        Manage and monitor the attendance recording system

·        Accountable for payroll inputs for all on-roll employees for the Dept he/she is responsible for.
