Job Description
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions.
Their main duties include:
- End to End HR activitiy
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screening resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience.
- Conducting interviews using various formats, including phone, video, structured, behavioral, and group interviews.
- Coordinating with managers to present top candidates and facilitate decision-making.
- Negotiating salaries, benefits, and employment terms.
- Managing onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and alumni networks.
