HR Manager – Recruitment & HR Operations

Location: T,Nagar, Chennai

Experience: 7–9 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, payroll, HR policies, employee engagement, and team management. Candidates must be capable of handling HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Handle employee engagement and HR activities.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Lead and mentor the HR team.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• 7–9 years of overall HR experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager or in an equivalent HR leadership role.
• Must have hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry

• Candidates with Real Estate industry experience (preferred 90%) will be given priority.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (HR) or Master's Degree in Human Resources (Full-Time) is mandatory.

• Candidates with experience only as HR Recruiters will not be considered.
• Candidates with part-time HR experience will not be considered.
