Job Description
About the Group
The group comprises businesses operating across mobility, transportation, electric mobility, EV charging infrastructure, and fleet operations:
- Universal Bus Services – Premium intercity bus operations.
- Ziel Mobility – Electric commercial vehicle mobility platform.
- MANA Energy Solutions – EV charging infrastructure and energy solutions.
- Green Energy Mobility Solutions – Electric buses, trucks, and sustainable mobility solutions.
The HR & Administration function will support all group companies from the corporate office at Poonamallee.
Job Purpose
To manage the complete HR administration, office administration, employee records, statutory documentation, and employee support activities across all group companies.
Talent Acquisition
- Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Hiring Functions
Recruitment for:
- Operations teams.
- Maintenance and technical staff.
- Customer care executives.
- EV charging station teams.
- Corporate and administrative positions.
- Sales and business development teams.
- Middle and senior management roles.
Campus & Vendor Management
- Build relationships with consultants and staffing agencies.
- Coordinate campus recruitment and skill institutes.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Develop employee referral programs.
Employer Branding
- Manage recruitment postings on job portals and social media.
- Support branding initiatives for attracting talent.
- Maintain company career pages and recruitment materials.
Recruitment MIS
- Track open positions and hiring status.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Monitor joining ratios and offer acceptance rates.
- Submit periodic recruitment reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, mobility, automotive, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and ATS systems.
