Job Description
· Sourcing & Outreach: Build candidate pipelines utilizing professional networks, job boards, employee referrals, and social media to attract both active and passive candidates.
· Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
· Hiring Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and update candidate records.
· Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages and benefits, and handle onboarding formalities.
· Market Insights: Advise management on market trends, salary benchmarks, and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.
