HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, preventive maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure efficient system performance and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including split ACs, package units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor HVAC system performance and recommend improvements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Check refrigerant levels, airflow, temperature controls, and pressure readings.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, filters, and sensors.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients during maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls and troubleshooting requirements.
