Are you passionate about sales and customer interaction? We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to generate quality leads, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and generate new business leads.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication.
- Follow up with existing and new leads until closure.
- Update and maintain customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and quotations.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English.
- Experience in CRM or MS Excel is preferred.
Salary
₹20,000 - ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives
