🎯 Your Role
As a Sr. Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with SME & startup clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them choose the right services.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strong customer engagement.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Connect with SME and startup prospects through outbound & inbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales pitching.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture potential customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services based on customer needs.
- Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with the management team.

- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in SaaS, Startup Services, BFSI, Consulting, or Business Services sales is an added advantage.
