📞 Process: Insurance Telecalling / Tele Sales
🎯 Target: Daily Sales Target
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year+ Experience in Insurance Tele Sales
📍 Location: Chennai
🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📌 About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Insurance Tele Sales professionals to join our growing team.
This is a Tele Sales role, where you will connect with customers over the phone, explain Health Insurance & Life Insurance plans, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into successful sales.
👉 This is NOT a Field Sales job.
👉 Candidates should be comfortable with daily calling and sales targets.
- 🔑 Key Responsibilities📞 Make daily calls to potential customers
- 🏥 Explain Health Insurance plans and benefits
- ❤️ Explain Life Insurance plans and benefits
- 🎯 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- 🔄 Follow up with interested customers
- 💬 Handle customer queries and objections
- 🤝 Build good customer relationships
- ✅ Convert leads into successful insurance sales
- 📋 Maintain proper customer and follow-up records
- 👤 Who Can Apply?⭐ Minimum 1 Year+ experience in Insurance Tele Sales
- 🏥 Experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance Tele Sales preferred
- 📞 Previous experience in Insurance Calling / Telecalling Sales is required
- 🎯 Target-oriented and sales-driven candidates
- 🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills
- 💻 Basic computer knowledge
- 🔥 Ability to handle objections and close sales
