Job Description

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain the company's services clearly.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply. However, candidates must have good English communication skills.
