IT Support Specialist

Job Title: IT Support Executive / IT Infrastructure Executive

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• Install, upgrade, and support operating systems, drivers, and application software.
• Ensure smooth functioning of systems running Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support when required.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with company IT policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift)
