We are currently hiring Customer Service Executive Roles for our Chennai Thoraipakkam . 

As discussed, please find the below mentioned Job description for your reference. 

Job description:

· Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / out bound calls effectively.

· Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.

· Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers

· An immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification: Minimum 12th to Any graduate

Language- Kannada

Salary: Fresher : 2.66 Lacs CTC + Incentives

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.

Week off: 8 Week off per month.

5 Days working in a week

Location : Chennai Thoraipakkam.
