Customer support executive


Collection Specialists in LAP (Loan Against Property) manage the recovery of secured, high-value debts. They balance relationship building with firm recovery efforts often conducting field visits to assess collateral or meeting borrowers to negotiate settlements and prevent the loan from becoming a Non-Performing Asset (NPA).
