Job SummaryValue Productions is looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers to support the fabrication, loading, transportation, installation, and dismantling of exhibition stalls, event stages, and branding projects. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to travel, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in loading and unloading event materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support the fabrication team in preparing exhibition stalls, stages, and branding structures.
• Help with installation and dismantling at event and exhibition sites.
• Carry, arrange, and organize materials safely at the warehouse and project locations.
• Assist carpenters, painters, electricians, welders, and site supervisors as required.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Handle materials carefully to avoid damage.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE at project sites.
• Support warehouse operations, including packing, sorting, and inventory movement.
• Be available for overtime, night shifts, and outstation assignments whenever required.
• EligibilityMinimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in event production, construction, fabrication, or warehouse work is an advantage.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
