  1. Coordinate with customers to get loads through excellent negotiation
  2. Deliver on-time load from market for our registered trucks
  3. Maintain good rapport with customers to get constant loads
  4. Develop new customers in the area
  5. Internal coordination 
  6. Work with transporters to get loads.
  7. Maintain good rapport with customers to get constant loads.

*Salary - Incentive Basis according to the performance and Hiring of trucks to the customers
