Logistics Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attaching new vendors (tankers) to the company
• Identifying new borewells, collecting water samples, and submitting them to laboratories for quality testing
• Coordinating with drivers to ensure timely delivery of loads
• Negotiating pricing with tanker vendors
• Managing communication and coordination with tanker vendors and drivers as required
• Educating tanker vendors and drivers about the GoWatr Partner/Driver App
• Entering account data from source documents within specified time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and organizing data for computer entry
• Telecalling with customers and water suppliers
• Handling invoice billing for both clients and suppliers
• Providing customer support services
• Managing site material purchasing
• Maintaining office material inventory
• Must have two wheeler and driving license
