Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and promoting our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires a creative thinker who can work collaboratively with various teams to execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for various real estate projects.

• Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote properties and enhance online presence.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate market.

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted marketing collateral that supports sales efforts.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain an organized database of marketing assets and track project timelines and deliverables.

• Assist with website updates and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility.

• Foster relationships with vendors, media contacts, and other stakeholders to maximize marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
